Private Lessons

A fitness club, a wedding a few weeks away, and an instructor, Mia Malkova's character, who treats every student's stiffness as a personal project. The groom-to-be turns up to class and ends up singled out; an offer of one-on-one sessions follows, billed as preparation for the big day. The stakes are those of a man who is committed to someone else and has just agreed to extra hours with a woman who sets the terms. Mia Malkova's likeness here is licensed and AI-generated, so the performer herself never filmed any of it.

The first episode opens with Mia running a class and zeroing in on how tightly everyone is holding themselves. One newcomer admits he is out of his depth; she says tension like his calls for one-on-one time, learns about the wedding, and books him in for sessions on flexibility and stamina. In the second, he returns to an empty room, claims he only came to check that it was free, and is invited to look again. Mia sends him off for a massage, and the massage room brings her back into the picture.

Innuendo-heavy and physical in a general way: the pitch is a lesson built around the body, then a massage, with the sessions framed as stretching and relaxation. The free episodes imply rather than show, closing on a loaded question instead of an explicit scene.

Aimed at viewers who like the engaged-man-meets-trainer setup, with an instructor who flirts as a teaching method. Press play on episode 1 for the class, the booking and the first hint of where the sessions are headed.
